Online orders typically take 24 to 48 hours to be processed, excluding weekends and Holidays. Please contact us by phone, 662-369-4771, if you do not receive your order in 2 weeks, but you should receive your order sooner. Henry’s will contact you by phone or email if the item you selected is out of stock. We ship USPS Priority/First Class Mail. Shipping charges less than $100 will be charged $8. We understand if an item does not fit or you are unhappy with it.
We have two options for returns:
You can return your item(s) for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 14 days. Please mail the merchandise back to Henry’s of Aberdeen, P. O. Box 184, Aberdeen, MS 39730 along with your receipt. NOTE: to receive credit, the item must still have the tags on it and be undamaged. As soon as we receive your item, your account will be credited and made available to you. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed to your account, but you will not be charged shipping on your replacement order. Due to hygienic reasons, earrings may not be returned. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and are not returnable.
