Please contact us by phone, 662-369-4771, if you do not receive your order in 2 weeks, but you should receive your order sooner. Henry’s will contact you by phone or email if the item you selected is out of stock. We ship USPS Priority/First Class Mail. Shipping charges less than $100 will be charged $8. Henry’s totally understands if you ordered something from our Store that does not Fit or you do not Like the Fabric.
We have two Options for Our Valued Customers:
You can return your item or items for a store credit or you can exchange your item within 14 days! You need to mail the merchandise back to Henry’s, P. O. Box 184, Aberdeen, Ms 39730 along with your receipt and item must still have the tags on the garment and in the same condition you received our clothing. As soon as we receive your item, we will input your credit and it can be used at checkout at any time. Due to hygienic reasons, earrings may not be returned. SALE ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED from our RETURN POLICY as SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES! Original shipping costs are also not included in credits you receive, however on your Replacement Order you will not be charged shipping!
